Assignment 4:

    I have provided a set of Humor text files:
        BumperSticker.txt
        Buzzwords.txt
        Dictionary.txt
        FortuneCookies.txt
        Mottos.txt
        Music.txt
        Puns.txt
        
     BumperStickers, FortuneCookies and Puns are "Lists"
     Buzzwords, Dictionary, Mottoes, and Music are "Dictionaries"
     
     Create a Python menu application, that
     
        Prints a list of Humor categories
        Asks the User which Category they would like to see,
        Display a random entry from the selected category
     
     Optionally:
     	Lists the number of entries in the selected category
        Asks the User to select an entry
        Displays the selected Entry
        
        Repeats until the User indicates they wish to quit.
