ON the LAB CONNECTION
		
		1) open a browser to http://www.jre-training.com/WebServices
		2) go to the Notes folder
		3) Download RESTSample.zip (do not unzip it)
		4) in the Notes folder is Download.txt
		5) follow these steps to import the RESTSample project
		6) Right click the Project and run on Server
		7) Enter this URL:
		    http://localhost:8080/RESTSample/sei/rand
		    
		    
		    
		 and take a break until 3:15pm
